Sticky Lemon & Cardamon Sponge:   Ground Almonds, Agave Syrup, Lemon Juice, Chickpea Water, Gluten-free Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize & Buckwheat), Coconut Sugar, Flaxseeds, Arrowroot Powder, Baking Powder, Bi-Carb Powder, Agar Agar, Ground Cardamon, Salt.

Chocolate Lava Cake:   Dairy-Free Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate (Cocoa butter, cocoa mass, Xylitol), Coconut Oil, Organic Silken Tofu (Soya), Brown Rice Milk, Coconut Sugar, Gluten Free Plain Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize & Buckwheat), Corn Starch, Maca Powder, Vanilla Powder, Salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

(Fan oven)

LAVA CAKE: (From Chilled)

Remove all outer packaging from the product, place in the centre of the oven at 170 degrees celsius for about 13-15 minutes, remove, let cool for about a minute and then either enjoy in the ramekin, or run around the edge with a knife and remove and watch the centre ooze! From Frozen: Remove all packaging and cook at 170 degrees celsius for 20-22 minutes.

LEMON SPONGES: (From Chilled)

Microwave: Remove all outer packaging including lid, and place in an 800w microwave for 35 seconds.

Oven: Place in the centre of an oven at 170 degrees celsius for 10-12 minutes.
